There should be multiple reasons for customers to receive half what they purchased.
1) multiple purchases made from 2 or more accounts
– that will prompt us to ship two seperated packages, that may be considered parts order.
2) buyer may purchase multiple items and only pay for a few without Finance or Requesting a quote that would let to us shipping just the item that was paid for.

All damaged orders are replaced within 45 days of purchasing and receiving the order.
we will like an immediate complain of the damaged item after receiving without filters or special equipment

Yes, you can!
all orders can be Cancelled, Changed and replaced after purchase but not after being posted for delivery.
meaning, once an item has been posted and marked as shipped. you won’t have the ability to change/cancel it.

1) over used
2) expired
3) changed [which will permit you to contact support for a new one]
